We are very pleased to announce that The Sandrock were
finalists at the Morning Advertiser Great British Pub Food Awards 2010 in
the Game Pub Chef of Year category. Carol was also a semi-finalist in
Jus-Rol's Pie Chef of the Year.
AND...The Sandrock was the first establishment to be
given a GOLD
award in Surrey County Councils 'Eat Out Eat Well' awards scheme. We were
also short-listed down to 4 finalists, in a national competition, as Food
Pub of the Year 2009, Classic Food Pub of the Year 2008 and winners of the
Pub Food Innovation of the year award in 2007. We were also semi-finalists
in the Cask Ale Pub of the Year 2009. For more information please see our
