Private Catering and Event Management
From Finger food and Canapes to stunning three course meals, we can provide event planning and catering for almost any occasion. We are able to plan every stage of your function from chinaware, gourmet food, outside bars to marquees, ice statues and floral displays.

Knife and Fork Buffets
Large platters of freshly prepared food, delivered ready for you to unwrap and enjoy. We only use home cooked meats and fish and where possible we use local and organic or pestcide free produce. we do not use any processed or water injected meats, battery eggs or genetically modified ingredients. If you have any special dietary requirements then please let us know and we will be happy to advise you.
We can supply any cold dish that you require but here are some examples of our typical and popular dishes:
- Whole Poached and Dressed Salmon, with homemade hollandaise sauce.
- Tomato and Mozzarella Salad, with green pesto dressing and black olives. - Seafood Platter, king prawns, dressed crabs, mussels, squid, oysters etc, served with vinaigrettes and seafood sauce. - Feta Cheese, Fig and Avocado Salad, with herb vinaigrette. - Haloumi and Courgette Salad, with cumin and orange dressing.
- Beef Carpaccio, with red onions, fresh basil and black olives.
- Seared tuna salad, with boiled eggs, olives and herb dressing. - Couscous, with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and basil oil. - Avocado Vinaigrette, with Parma ham and cracked black pepper. - Steamed Asparagus Spears, with caesar dressing.
- Tabouleh, cracked wheat salad with cucumber, mint and olive oil dressing.
- Wild Rice Salad, with dressed green beans, cherry tomatoes and baby corn. - Noodle salad, with oriental vegetables and chilli, or mixed seafood. - thick Sliced Gammon Ham, home-roasted with grain mustard and caraway seeds. - Sliced, Rare, Topside of Scottish Beef, served with horseradish sauce.
- Duck Breast Salad, roasted with red wine and herbs and served on a bed of salad with the roasting juices.
- Carved Melon Swan, filled with king prawns. - Sliced Chicken Breast, marinated in Italian herbs and wine and served on a bed of salad with a red pesto dressing. - Moroccan Lamb, slightly spicy with cumin and garlic, served on a bed of apricot couscous. - Mixed and Green Leaf Salads, with a selection of homemade salad dressings.
- Speciality bread basket, white and granary baguettes, sun-dried tomato and olive bread, garlic and rosemary focaccia, poppy seed cottage rolls etc served with dairy butter.
- Cheese Platter, a selection of cheeses served with savoury crackers and grapes. - Mixed Fruit Platter, melons, strawberries, cherries, papaya, pineapple, mango etc prepared in bite-size peices and attractively arranged. - Selection of Desserts, cheesecakes, tarts and gateau.
Quantity and Pricing: Normally for a luncheon we would recommend a quantity of half a platter per person as our platters are quite large. Obviously this depends on the type of guests you are inviting and the time of day. minimum order is for 10 platters.
Pricing is £15.95 per head for 10 platters, £18.50 per head for 12 platters and £20.95 per head for 15 platters. Place Settings: We can also supply all of your crockery and cutlery for the party if you wish. For a buffet place setting (one dinner plate, one dessert plate, one dinner knife, one dinner fork, one dessert fork, one dessert spoon and two quality paper napkins) we charge £6 per head. These items can be returned without cleaning, thus cutting the amount of clearing up after your party We can also supply tableclothes, linen napkins, glasses, water jugs, candles, ice buckets etc. P.O.A Serving staff: charged at £12 per hour.
